Yes there is handicapped parking close to the bldg. You have to pay close attention to the whereabouts.

Excellent handicap lot at entrance!! $10 like everyone else. Hang your tag & they'll direct you to the lot. Officer at lot entrance will verify H tag before you enter. H lot has its own entrance and carts to drive u to seating area FREE !! although we did tip the driver, anyway. They will cart your companions too.
