To avoid the possibility of long waits, arrive early and park in the lot that on the same side as the venue, easy in and easy out on that side.
The concert parking is first come first serve. Get there early or park at the state fair parking lot and take a shuttle.

Some days they handle traffic well and parking goes very smoothly. I've parked in the $10 lot 3 times so far. This year getting out has been fairly quick.

There is a fee for parking with vip parking available. Lots are walking distance to the venue. Depends on who is playing for how long it takes to get out. They have gotten better
