I would say at least an hour, there were people there super early. You miggr want to go earlier than that even, because the parking situation is the pits.

Is there handicapped parking or was I supposed to pay for that? Federal law states that handicapped parking should be available FOR FREE. BTW, handicapped parking is not a mile from the venue, across an Interstate highway or in a mud field.
