They offer outstanding services for those who are capable of working there program, but it can be too much for many individuals who are homeless and physically and mentally incapable of maintaining proper attendance appropriate professional standards. But there are hundreds of people that literally live in tents running down the streets of downtown Phoenix.

The food bank was unexpectedly closed so I went over to the central Arizona shelter and this cafeteria I liked that there was fruit but I would have had to wait in line several times to get more

Call the main number at the Brian Garcia Welcome Center OR Directly into the Load Star Day Resource center for any housing assistance questions. If you're in the C.A.S.S. Housing list, you'll have to go to C.A.S.S. to get the information.
Try this? 338 N 15th Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85007 it might help you, it might not.

You would have to go there in the morning when they open up

Yes after that long
Yes, If you don't have your ID
There is no such program as I've been told.
DON'T GO TO CASS! It's a dangerous place. Try Halle Women's Center on E. Van Buren. Google for their phone number. They always have open beds. It's a converted motel and decent. No bed bugs like CASS.
No they do not.
If it rings once, that's o.k. STAY ON THE LINE! They have a high call volume, so your call will roll over to the LDRC (Lodestar Day Resource Center) which can be overwhelmed/overwhelming also. You will be given the opportunity to leave your name and number for a call back. It is best to go to the location m-f
ONLY first 10 people @ 730am OR 9am, Mon-Fri (accept holidays).
