The office Dr. Tran works at is the worst. My well woman check is covered under my insurance . However since I discuss other medical problems during my office visit they billed me for an office visit. That must be something new because I never heard that before. I sent ppwk to be filled out by Dr. Tran they called me a week later to tell me Dr. Tran needs to see me. When I got to the office they told me the form faxed to them a 1 week ago came over small and ask did I have a copy. I wish I would have known before coming in. I've been trying to get the ppwk filled about for 2 weeks. My appointment was at 3:20. It is 345 and I am still waiting to be seen. My time is just as a valuable as Dr. Tran. This office gets no stars.
