I cannot say enough good things about this clinic! Dr Segal and Dr Alex are both awesome. I was treated for almost a year. At every single visit both doctors remembered my case and actually cared about my physical condition. The staff is courteous and helpful. In fact, I had surgery at a different clinic and had some difficulty scheduling the date. Dr Segal’s staff took over for me by calling the other clinic and pressing the issue until I was on the schedule. In fact, Dr Segal agreed to be present at my Spine Surgery procedure to keep an eye on me and better treat me post surgery. Again, these guys are great. Thanks to every member of the team. My quality of life is improved because of your care.

This place SUCKS! I went to see a physician particularly to get a referral for MRI. The front desk girl said we sent a request to Honor Health to get your MRI done. I called Honor, and they said no records about you. Called back that girl, says Honor will contact you! 2 months gone and nothing

Pretty lackluster care. Didn't really listen to my requests or concerns, mixed up my info with another patient. Wrote me a script for pain meds and sent me on my way. I never got a follow-up for imaging. Lot's of waiting around for nothing. Not what I was anticipating, waste of time and money.
