Bring some cash, you wont need much because you will get paid very shortly. You will get fed lunch at the terminal and breakfast at the hotel. Dinner is on you
Drury inn airport. Super nice!!!
All trucks in the fleet have Automated Transmissions unless you are driving local
After orientation you go with a trainer about a week or less then you get your do a solo evaluation. Once you pass that you get a truck and on the road yourself
Yes you get about 100 a day for 3 days. I drive 48. Mostly we're in the western area but you can get sent anywhere. It's a good company
3 days usually, great place to work

I would call may trucking directly and find out.
As long as you haven't killed anyone or have trafficking conviction

You get your pay check deposited to EFS on Thursday. It takes one day to transfer funds to your bank account. Your funds will be in your bank account Friday morning every week.
3 days of orientation and if you live a certain amount of miles away from the terminal yes they will put you in a hotel. Tues, Wed, and Thur is orientation.
40+, pay tops at 55 cents.
Yes, you start off at $0.38/mile or $105/day. You mainly do solo driving, yes .. But you have the option to also do team driving as well.
You should look into getting your CDL independently of a trucking company. Most companies that offer sponsored CDL training ask that you commit to their company for a period of time. Other companies usually have a CDL reimbursement program that pays you back for the money you spend on getting your CDL. That being said, there are a number of larger companies that will take a fresh CDL grad and pay decently well. You just need to find the one that has what you want. Speak to recruiters, check out career fairs, and do a little footwork. tl;dr: Get your CDL first.
