The drive showed up for a delivery at my work and refused to back into our spacious driveway which holds 84' tracker trailers; his was not near that. The delivery was a $30k up-right freezer. His attituded was atrocious. He backed in with his trailer barley in the driveway. Would not recommend to anyone. He needs a different career or attitude adjustment

If I can give this company 0 stars I would. Estimated delivery October 11th, I have called every single day almost seeing when it will be delivered. Took over a week to get it "unloaded" from one truck and "loaded" onto another truck... Said I had to call and schedule a delivery, but you sit on hold for over 20 minutes and nobody answers and the call hangs up. I called on October 21st and they said they had it out for delivery WITHOUT me scheduling an appointment, I told them that I was not available that day and told them this... never have received a call back once in the last 2 weeks. And a few of them are absolutely rude, as if putting the blame onto me. This company is costing our company money by withholding our equipment to operate. Be careful where you order stuff and make sure they don't use this company because it's the worst. Adding on, was told it was out for delivery friday, received a call on Monday saying it will be delivered Tuesday between 8AM AND 5PM... great... nope still not delivered... called this morning as I am out of the office the next 3 days early can't get a hold of anyone - phone rings for 12 minutes and hangs up. I've called 6x. UNREAL!!!!!

Horrible experience. Lost shipment for over weeks to deliver it completely damaged. Trying to get replacement shipment sent and again, they aren’t able to deliver it while they have marked it delivered. Completely incompetent. Issue is not Costco or manufacturer but this Freight company. Completely unreliable.
