Pay is Low Trucks are Slow and we'll Hell the truck wash is a NoGo. However Truckers I'm home every night, hot shower hot Chow hot coffee warm bed family time. Oh and weekends off this company backs their word to you and I appreciate that so thank you. So I would say pick your battles this is absolutely the best company I have ever worked for. They truly do care about you as the driver your family time your safety etc. If you decide to apply for this company please don't be lazy please work great as a team member please be safe be considerate just be a good trucker. I only ask this because I do not want to work with a bunch of knuckleheads just professionals. For the powers to be in heartland keep up the great work please fix the truck wash it's been 3 weeks now we professional drivers love clean vehicles.
