Can we park in the orange handicapped (we have a legal sticker of course) lot early and leave the car there to enjoy the fair before the show and is there a shuttle to the fair from that lot and then come back for the show later from the fair grounds.
The new parking lots as of August 2018 have a separate handicap lot with it's own entrance. Lot guides will direct u and cop will check your tag & I.D . Carts will shuttle you from lot to seats and back. They are very accommodating there .

Yes there is handicap parking right up at the walkway where you go in. You still have a little ways to go but it's a lot closer then regular parking.
I'm sure they have easier access for handicap people. The parking is all in a large field though.
