Dont really know, but you should ask the dealer or seller from whom you bought the car, or better yet go to an auto tag agency. The DMV only deals with driver licenses, not car titles and inspections. You really need to contact an auto tag agency.

Well if your a citzen and at the time when you process your learners, you brought in your birth certificate or passport- social and two proof of address. You should be good in terms It's call Real ID which has a gold star upper right corner, In which your Compliant. The line moves pretty quick, unless is a very busy day. I have been to a lot of DMV offices in both Broward and Miami Dade counties and this is by far the fastest and most efficient, just make the line and you'll be surprised that in less than 2 hours you'll be done. I was there about a month ago to replace my driver license and it didn't take me an hour to finish the whole process. By the way the lane was pretty long but things move fast there.

I believe it's $25 for the ID, and as far as paperwork, you'd have to call the office or bring whatever you have available like birth certificate, social security and anything else, like school documents that prove she lives at the address listed on the application. Good luck!

It doesn't make a difference, the crowds are always there but they're one of the fastest DMV offices in Broward County, the only time you have to wait is outside making the line, once inside things go very quick. Expect the experience to be at least 1 hour.
