Most likely, homeless use a P. O box number from the post office. I think if you bring a letter from the post office and the church it should be enough proof of address.

Make an appointment on line, otherwise you will be in for hours. Monday is the worst day. You need to check the documents needed on line. If you are missing anything, you will be denied. If you are homeless, then you have no residence address. You will be denied without proof of address like a utility bill which is required.
