Google just ask me to answer this question..... If it is your first time going to this location, how would you know if it is bad or good? Just by the name alone, you expect a "certain" type of service, meaning good service. People are drawn by the name alone, and after the experience, that's when the discovery is noted as a bad one. So in my opinion, it's not like ANYONE wants bad service, it just happened. Much like my answer to your, what you seem to think is funny, "joke".

Yep, had to go back there many times. Sometimes my beans are missing other times it the chicken.

Danny.. Cashier doesnt belong if she cant communicate with customers and kitchen.Was a Supervisor be on duty? Hopefully if so they can help. They want you to come back so they should make it right. Btw go for the cilantro garlic sauce. It is the bomb!

Ive always gone into the restaurant and always received what I asked for. Never used the drive thru so I really do not have an answer to this service, but I have noticed it is always crowded. I guess its best to go inside after all.

They Aren't quick inside or the drive thru

Definitely one of the busiest pollo tropical locations ive been too. Lots of employees on staff so the line moved pretty quick.
