I don't know where to start. Like so many of the other reviews that are negative I agree. My mother was there and she got no care for the wounds in which they gave her. Came one day and all she had on was a diaper and no cover, no linen. No staff!! The physical therapy staff and CNA Jaira we're awesome the overall stay a F-. Stay away take love ones somewhere else please!!

My mom is at this facility 6/25/22 as I'm typing this she is not getting her medicine on time , Nobody Is checking on her , Changing her NOTHING.... so I'm VERY sure no other patients are being looked after ... This is insane , False advertisement and EXTREMELY unprofessional... nobody cares about the short staff , COVID bs anymore this is ridiculous... they're waiting 6-7 hours before someone comes into their room on weekends and then when they come they're still not helping the patient.... Stop accepting patients just for the money when this facility knows they don't have the staff to attend to the patients.... I will be contacting the state on Monday because someone has to do something about this immediately.

I worked here and it was the worst experience made me not want to be a nursing assistant anymore. Neglect of patients because of no staff, water is cold , no linen. A lot of the time I’ll have 30 residents by myself and then my check will be short. Horrible
