The best bread probably in orange county maybe even so cal. Delicious. Man could definitely live on bread alone from here. They make many types, each with passion and care to make them the finest. Besides being available in the finest restaurants arround you can also get it at some farmers markets and a few specialty shops.

I rarely write reviews because normally is hard to find top quality food. I met these guys last Saturday at the Laguna Beach Farmer's market. The sourdough bread I bought was perfect. The 2 croissants, 1 chocolate and 1 strawberries were superb. The most real French-like quality I have found so far in OC. TOP BAKERY!

The multi-grain pan loaf is life changing. Perfect for toast or a sandwich. I pop it on the freezer so it lasts longer. Luckily they offer weekly subscriptions. Highly recommend. You'll never eat grocery store bread again.
