Horrible customer service! I was looking for a bakery to make a tres leches cake for a friend for his birthday, he just recently lost his best friend who every year made him a tres leches cake for his birthday. This had high ratings on yelp and google, I wanted to order for friend, I also called a friend of mine who lives in. Santa Ana and told this bakery is amazing! I called and the lady who answered the phone spoke Spanish, I asked her if someone there spoke English and her response was a heavy sigh and said “NO!” And then hung up on me. I called back in hopes of getting someone else, another lady answers the phone, speaking in Spanish and I asked if there was someone there who spoke English and I got the same cold response “NO!” And then hung up on! This not away to run a business!

Tasty bread and artisanal jellos, you can also order cakes or if you are in a hurry, they already have some of them prepared in a big refrigerator. An exelect service of the people working here, honestly they are very helpful and educated. This is my stop for any cakes every time I visit family.
