I have gone to at least a dozen vegan panaderías across the West Coast and Southern México. The pan dulce I find has always been too dry, too dense, too sweet, too crumbly, no flavor... I was wondering if traditional original mexican sweets were just impossible to veganize. And then, I came to Soy Concha, and I was transported back to my childhood. With it's perfectly crispy rainbow cookies and soft freshly baked conchas, this place is a slice of heaven. Genuinely, I cannot believe that the authentic flavor of pan dulce can be made vegan like this. If only I lived in LA, I could come every morning! And of course I cannot neglect to mention the PRICE! Not only is this the most delicious vegan panadería I have been to, but it is also the cheapest. Usually vegan pastries are way more expensive, but these were priced the exact same as (and in some cases even cheaper than) animal product pastries. I could not believe how affordable it was, I thought I misheard! Thank you to the ingenius baker at Soy Concha for giving vegans back the experience of biting into fresh, impeccably made pan dulce ❤️

I ordered a dozen Valentines cupcakes (last minute) and they thankfully were able to complete my order within the same day. Their customer service was amazing, and payment was super easy too! My girlfriend loved the cupcakes and they looked amazing!!
