I placed an out of state phone order 03-03-22 and I spoke with Tara. She was so helpful and had some great ideas for the balloon bouquet I wanted to order. Our friend received the balloons during the delivery time frame on 03-04-22 and is very happy with the bouquet! Thank you Tara and Balloon Factory!
