Yesterday Sunday August 14, 2022 we visited Mom & Dad's resting place & we had a very bad experience with manager that was on duty. We got there at 3:45 cause it was our Mom's 10th year Annuversary . The worker there seen me with flowers on a plastic with stone vase n he addressed that balloon was not allowed. I told him that it is Mom's 10 year Anniversary so we just want to celebrate. We are taking it home when we leave So he said ok. We traveled 2 HRS so we were hungry so my husband started to eat n the manager came without a mask n told him to put away the good n he will not leave until he d I do. We are not children we are senior citizens plus we will not leave the place dirty. Maybe they need to bed told on how Filipino celebrate there loved ones that passed. This facility is BORING!!! I CANNOT BELIEVE THAT THEY EVEN PUT A CATHOLUC CEMETERY. PEOPLE CELEBRATE THEIR SOULS WITH FOOD, WINE, WATER, DRINK ON THISE DAYS THAT NEED TO BE CELEBRATED. At my granddaughters cemetery when we visited her some of the familiesk has tents with music n they play cards n enjoy being with their beloved ones n the workers comes around and asks if they need any assistant.cTheee closeat 5:30. PEOE AT THIS FACILITY IS VERY RUDE, COMMON SENSE IS LACKING. NOT HAPPY N THANK GID I DO NOT GO THERE OFTEN. REMEMBER ME N MY FAMILY CAME AFTER 10 YEARS PUT THAT IN YOUR HEAD N THINK.

On 4-27-2022 I attended a funeral at this cemetery. After the service I spoke with one of the employees, possibly the manager about refurbishing my fathers bronze headstone. I advised him of the difficulties I was having with different people never returning messages or e-mails. He assured me that he would check into finding a company that could do this. He stated, " give me a couple of days and I will definitely call you back". Its now 5-10-2022 and I haven't received a return call from anyone at this cemetery !
