My family has lived here for 19 years and the current management makes this neighborhood feel less and less like home and more like a strict campus. They don’t care about their residents comfort they rather care about feeling in control of their residents. It gets worse by the month. A joy I once had from living here has been robbed by the current management.

This is a park that you have to own the fab home. Unless you are subletting from someone you would have to buy out right then as far as the park fees. It's around $1200 yearly broken down into 12 payments with your monthly space rent. Hope this helps Walter Cartier.
I live here, but I don't work at the office. Space rents may vary a bit. Mine is $461 plus approx $50 for trash pick up and land property tax. Other utilities are metered.
