Order a replacement online

Go to the DMV with a copy of the police report and other identification. There is a document checklist on line of what you will need. Be sure to make your appointment on line, otherwise you will be there for hours. Monday is a bad day to go there.

You can go inside the dmv or order online. If you go online it is a 7 to 10 process. The fee $25.
