I bought a car with a rebuilt title and Im very confused on how to go about getting the car in my name. I know i need a inspection but they are asking for paperwork that I don't have. How do i get my title and plates for a rebuilt car w/o that info?

Dont really know, but you should ask the dealer or seller from whom you bought the car, or better yet go to an auto tag agency. The DMV only deals with driver licenses, not car titles and inspections. You really need to contact an auto tag agency.
