Tried to go today at noon and the line was ridiculous. They don't offer an appointment online and no one answers the phone. What should I do.

The line moves pretty quick, unless is a very busy day. I have been to a lot of DMV offices in both Broward and Miami Dade counties and this is by far the fastest and most efficient, just make the line and you'll be surprised that in less than 2 hours you'll be done. I was there about a month ago to replace my driver license and it didn't take me an hour to finish the whole process. By the way the lane was pretty long but things move fast there.
