Why do they keep people waitting outside for hours like pigs roasting in the sun? Even with appointments you still have to wait outside before they call you?! I believe they need a bigger building. Asap

The real thing that is unfortunate the attention in that place the place is qualified to serve many people and yet there are not so many staff attending they are so inefficient that that is why there are so many people waiting outside in the rain and the sun of truth that they should control that situation because attention is orrible😒😒I just wanted some information I was lining up for three hours😔😔
