I think your stretching the 15 mins. It's about a 30 min wait for the shuttles, last 3 times I've rented. But the agents make themselves available very quick, that's different from other agencies. Only changes I see that can be improved faster shuttle, and deposits are HIGH compared to other agencies. They do offer a nicer line of cars, but $1k deposit for a Cadillac is high.

I paid with my debit card but they took 200us as a back up deposit, which they returned to me after I returned the car, and I did use my debit card for gas. Credit card holder donot tequire back up deposit.

Hey you will get an email confirmation from Expedia. All you need is a drivers license and credit card when you arrive at the location. My credit card covers insurance. That’s something you’ll need to check if you don’t have coverage they do offer some options.

Yes they are 24/7. Wait at the shuttle location until you see the sixth shuttle, hop on, and you'll be brought to the off airport location (it's LAX so all rental agencies are off airport). I arrived at 1 AM and had no issue so you should be more than fine at 7 pm.

Depending on what airlines you are coming from after you retrieve your luggage proceed outside and go to the center divider and you'll notice that they are a couple different colors you may have to go 30 ft or 40 ft one way or the other and you will be at the purple curb and they will be there within 15 minutes

This is a poor location to inquire upon time on hold... I would assume few people have to place a "claim" with a sixt rental.

I just rented a car here and it is saying unlimited miles, so I think the best you can do is visit them or call them in advance

The rental deposi generally comes back within 3 days. If it hasn't returned to you account, you may give it another day or two for it to return and then call the customer care to report the concern. I would generally call the customer care if the deposit doesn't comes back with in 3 days of returning the car.

In California State any drive licence European is valid , but it is highly recommended to take the international driver's license, as a translation for the authority, and so you can go 100% sure

Driver license and credit card. Credit card is needed for keeping the deposit. They don't do that on debit card.

Some hotels offer a car rental service. These are generally relatively luxurious hotels. Check with your hotel. It is unlikely that a rental company will accept that you leave their vehicle elsewhere than in one of their centers.
