Will be reporting this company to the Better business bureau they held my 500 dollar Deposit for over ten days I called and they said it was because of not having as much gas as when I rented the car which was a complete lie now there saying to get my deposit back I have to pay 140 for late fee and gas don’t be fooled by this horrible company !!!!!

Everything was fast, great customer service and on time! Keep in mind you need $500 extra in your credit card just for the security deposit, they will return it afterwards!

BEWARE AND TAKE YOUR BUSINESS SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!! Horrible service and lying company!! We booked through Priceline and it Took almost 2 hours to get there from the airport and once we were there they didn’t have a vehicle to accommodate us! After being an hour or more into our rental with still no vehicle we asked how long and they told us “we don’t know, we aren’t even supposed to have bookings today because we don’t have anything available. Everything is going back out the minute it comes in to us.” As a result we asked to cancel and they said it would be fine to cancel. We asked if we would be charged and they told us “no, we don’t get any money if a rental doesn’t go out.” So we cancelled and made ouy way to another company that had vehicles. After calling Priceline to make sure we wouldn’t be charged we were told by Priceline they had to contact the company and make sure the rental didn’t take place. Routes lied to Priceline and told them that we just didn’t want to wait and that they had a vehicle!!! All lies. We had spoken to a manager with Routes thst told us he would let Priceline know we didn’t rent with them and to refund the charge but instead told them we were impatient and just would t wait. THERE WERE NO CARS AVAILABLE FOR US!!! Priceline can’t refund the rental we never got because Routes is telling them false info!!! BEWARE AND TAKE YOUR BUSINESS SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!! **** replying to the reply from the “owner”**** We did ask nicely, the first 5 times. Not to mention when I was in the office I asked and was told we wouldn’t be charged. Yes I was impatient. It was already over an hour into the rental. I’ve rented cars before and used my own insurance and never had to call my insurance to prove that I had insurance. Not to mention I had appointments that we were already late for due to waiting on your “shuttle” from the airport. We asked nicely, you told us you would let Priceline know we didn’t use your rental, you chose to tell them differently. Not to mention there was only one person that got a vehicle ahead of us and they had already been sitting in the office when we arrived. The gentleman next to nor the other customers that were in the office when we arrived obtained vehicles prior to my departure from your oh so nice establishment.
