STAY AWAY form this horrible car rental company!!! I have been using hertz for years and this is the first time I encountered the ridiculous experience!!!! We booked the car 2 months in advance and when we went to collect our car, we were told that there is no car for us. The attitude is rude and the only solution for us is to get another car at the other company with extra 200 dollars!!! It ruined our trip definitely! This is my last time with hertz. Terrible!!!

hahahahahaa 2 star rating is generous. Waited for over 30min (for a scheduled pick-up days in advance) and then was disrespected even more when they finally arrived, only after I snooped and found the number of their maintenance person and asked them to call the clerk. TERRIBLE NOT WORTH IT STAY AWAY

I'm a simple man, booked a car, got confirmation number, arrived on time to the location to pick up the car, they told me they have no cars, I walked away. What's happened Hertz?
