The rental deposi generally comes back within 3 days. If it hasn't returned to you account, you may give it another day or two for it to return and then call the customer care to report the concern. I would generally call the customer care if the deposit doesn't comes back with in 3 days of returning the car.
When you returned the car did you have it inspected on site. Because if they found damage that will delay your deposit return. I always make them sign off on the condition before I leave their building.
Mine took 7 days to be back into my bank account, but it wont hurt to give them a phone call just to see what is going on😉
