We have only stayed here once. I don’t think I would stay anywhere else, this close to Portland airport. We were going to be flying in around 2 am, so we called ahead to ask about the free airport shuttle that this hotel offers. Go figure, what they told me over the phone was exactly what we experienced. We just had to call the front desk as soon as we were ready for the shuttle to pick us up and THE DRIVER WAS AT THE AIRPORT TO PICK US UP WITHIN 15 MINUTES. Awesome amenity. It took us a little bit to get checked in because the process is a little different with a reservation that checks in at ungodly hour’s like we did, but the front desk attendant was very efficient and communicated what she had to do on her end. Beds were perfect, room was out dated but still cozy and quiet. The breakfast finished by 9 am and we were the last ones through the made-to-order omelette line and still received amazing service. The buffet still had plenty to choose from despite there were about to clean up. When we called down to the front desk to ask for a late check out, she was able to see that we checked in so early this morning and gave us a complimentary extra late check out. After that incredible gesture, I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the PDX area. They are going through some renovations, which is always a good sign with Hilton hotels, but it was to very little to no inconveniences.

Clean, rooms were spacious and smelled amazing. We all know how most places smell musty or sterile, so this was a nice change. Loved the lobby. The breakfast was great. I chose the omelets made to order. Thanks for a great stay!

The hotel is beautiful inside with an abundance of tropical plants. It is extremely clean. The complimentary breakfast and cocktail hour are an added bonus. The room is dated but comfortable with a separate sitting area. It was quiet at night considering we were at the airport. Kendra and all the staff are very friendly and helpful!

Super. Cocktails at the complimentary happy hour were a pleasure and the staff made us feel welcome. Dinner at the bar and grill was great. Our waiter Indir was friendly and very attentive and the highlight of our dinner. The fish and chips were tasty and the pulled pork sandwich was superb. We’ll be staying here next time we come to Portland for a flight.

They installed a gate to limit parking to guests, and now there is a charge. Although when a friend brought us there she merely got her ticket validated. Budget for parking, just in case. The hotel is worth staying at, regardless.
They have park n fly, but it may cost more for the room, but it's worth it.
Yes, but only in the common room (where breakfast is served in the morning), kids everywhere! Happy Hour drinks are $3 and up. Popcorn and provided snacks are free.Drinks are full price at bar by checkin-- $$$$ and no blended drinks.
There weren't any electric car plug ins in October when I was there. I didn't see any security roaming around either.
You can park your vehicle in their lot. They have ZERO liability to you for any damages/theft of vehicle or it's content. Your parking is "validated" by staying at the Suites. If you are staying 2-3 days, then flying out for a few days, and then coming back, your vehicles parking will still be "validated" but *may* be pro-rated by the actual number of days you occupy one of their suites. They have free airport pick-up, so enjoy yourselves and this beautiful resort-style community.
I see varying answers, so I'll weigh in: Parking at this Hotel is NOT free except for the 1st 15 minutes. Long enough to drop off your friend/family at the doors and exit with no charge. However, if your staying there for a conference, then parking is free for you AND your attendees. Free is relative. You pay for the conference room and food, parking is built in. If you stay one day, the MOST you'd pay is $15.00. You can, however, ask for a "comp" of the parking fee. They are a seriously professional staff and take your comfort into account first and foremost. No harm in asking now, is there?
