Don't waste your time or money being treated extremely rudely by the office agent. She is a mightmare to talk with! Property is filthy! Ants & what I believe were roaches are everywhere. Homeless people hang out in the parking lot. Room was filled with smoke, even though I specifically reserved a NON-smoking room. When I tried to change to a NON-smoking room, the rude agent told.me she would still charge me 262.90 for a room I didn't even stay in. Terrible experience. Worst hotel and customet service in 52 years traveling. Rodeway is the wrong way to go!

Positive: Allowed for early check in, close up parking near room, elevator to 2nd and 3rd floors. Quiet hotel, comfortable beds. Staff very friendly. Good value for the money.

Positive: This place was fine. Clean and simple. Thank God for Rodeway if it wasn¿t for them we¿d be sleeping in our car. Oceana boutique motel canceled on us as we checked in. Negative: Ask us about Oceana Boutique Motel the original place we had booked. The evening we went to go check in they canceled on us. Gave us a lame excuse about a power outage & rudely told us to leave. Oceana Boutique motel is a roach coach run by druggies.

I've gone to this hotel for years. It's not as laid back as it used to be but it's a good middle of the road hotel. Nothing special but there's bad a TV and a great Mexican market and eatery just up the street around the corner. They're also smoking rooms.
