Andy, the Sprinter van service advisor, is the best of the best! He went out of his way on multiple occasions to assist me and always made himself available to help answer my questions. When you spend this kind of money on a vehicle (or toy), it is reassuring to know there is someone local who you can trust. I am not very mechanically handy and appreciate the way Andy took his time to explain things, without making me feel inept. He also took my financial needs into consideration, letting me know what needed immediate attention and what could wait. 5 stars does not do Andy justice; kudos, Mercedes, on having Andrew Swenson as a valued employee!

When I purchased my vehicle back in August they were practicing social distancing, required a mask, had hand sanitizer available, and made the process go by very quickly to limit our time inside the dealership.

But i would do it just way ahead 2 b on the safe side & do like u do keep a maintenance log or book of the up keeps no matter what it is & how many VECHILES or atvs jetski bike boats etc that way u know 4 sure & thats goes 4 topping off ur fluids !good luck & thk u
I would image that they service all types of Benz but it's best to call and ask pertaining to your specific vehicle.

I would call the service department at Mercedes first to see if they even stock the part. I have discovered recently that the year of the vehicle can determine if they can get the part. 2004 and older will be a challenge but it's doable.

Merc has plenty options & most options come with HEFTY premium. Buyer beware. On a side note - In general Auto industry has become so cheap that these days you don't even get a dummy spare wheel let alone a full size tire. Buyer beware......
