My stylist seem to have limited English. He pretty much did the opposite of what I asked. I wanted longer in the front with the back shorter and layered. I got long in the back with the front short with chunks cut out. He cut a chunk off the top in front so it flops in my eyes. Not layers, literally a big chunk cut off.

I am so upset tonight. I went in and asked for only two inches and some layers cut, on my hair that was down the my belly button. The man cut 4-5 munches and left me with layers we never talked about. I wanted choppy layers. Instead he framed my head with layers. I should have clarified from the beginning, however I thought layers would be discussed after he trimmed the two inches I asked for. The more it dries, the shorter it is. He cut behind my back where I could not see. At one point I grabbed my hair and said “how short are you going” he told me, it was just the layers. I laughed it off. The other women reassured me, don’t worry my hair is still long. I feel absolutely sick right now. My hair is my identity and nothing similar from when I first arrived. Not to mention the other day I called for an appointment. They said they were booked. However I was able to book an appointment online for my son. That women was great with his hair style. Did what he asked. But they trash talked customers the entire time. Saying how people should call ahead and not last minute. Conversation not needed for my child to over hear, as we just booked last minute. That should be break talk. I feel like crying. My hair is terrible and not what I asked for the more it dries. Two inches is not that hard to cut. I don’t understand.

First time going to Costcutters. I had Kaitlin for my stylist. She was very personable and professional and gave me a great cut and color.

Kaitlin cut and dyed my hair. I think I found my new hairdresser, she always nails it spot on! Great customer service and goes above and beyond to make sure it’s exactly what I want. I won’t go to anyone else, highly recommend using her!
