Edit: binding screws appeared to have unscrewed rather than ripping out. I don't think this changed former review otherwise. Previous: They are not certified to work on Voile Skis, per Voile. They voided my warranty, and ridiculed me about pronouncing Voile wrong. Today, the binding that they mounted ripped out. It took them two tries to mount the ski because they didn't know where to mount the binding. I have no warranty and the most expensive ski I have ever purchased is now ruined. Thanks for the disrespect, poor customer service and deception.

We went into Bobo’s looking for beginner ski’s and we were sold a pair of used demo carving ski’s. Turns out these ski’s are not for beginners and they are very difficult to initiate a turn in. It felt like Bobo’s was just trying to sell the demo ski’s vs helping me find the correct pair of beginning ski’s. We ended up buying true beginner ski’s from another store in town, because we had lost faith in BoBo’s ability to sell us what we needed vs what they were trying to get rid of.

Yes. They have skis, boots, poles, helmets, jackets, and pants for rent. But no gloves or goggles for rent.

Bobo's will help you out. Great people and awesome customer service. They waxed my board while i waited it took them less then ten minutes. I usually leave my skis overnight for a tune up but it just depends on if the are busy since it's first come first serve.
Not sure about sizes, but season rental is the way to go
They take trade-ins on used skis and snowboards but i think that is all. I believe it is only for store credit as well.
Around $125-160. You need to go in to find out what gear your daughter will need. They are very helpful and will give you all the help you need. The gear is top of the line and a great way to try out different gear before investing in buying your own.
