Came in at 10:15pm with 6 people. They said it was a 40 min wait when every table was empty and the server section was full. Then we asked if we can sit at the bar and the bar tops are 4 chairs to a table. We asked if we can move 2 chairs to the table and they said no. We would have to split. For being so slow just seemed like they wanted us to leave. Sucks to have that experience.

Last 3 times had terrible food, we won't be back, the service was top notch but the kitchen just can't get it together. We went there Sunday I figured I'd give it one more chance and it was horrible, our service was great, the kitchen however is just not worth it. We actually went there because a friend had a bad meal there a week before they gave her a $75 credit. I was kind of skeptical but I figured I'd go, last time. It's too bad because they have some really good dishes.

Too long of wait for table then very slow service. Long wait for cold food. Seemed understaffed. 430pm Sunday afternoon.

Bjs has always been a solid place I went to before Covid for years. But I was so disappointed in todays service. But on a good note the service was good and our food came out on time! But… Our water glasses were not clean. They were dirty. I had to wipe them clean with my napkin. It was tough… The booths had dust on top and it looked like drinks were spilled on the wood but never cleaned. The broccoli looked unwashed and the bottoms were brown. & Unfortunately the tri tip was brown and not safe to eat . I’d love to see bjs improve on cleanliness and excellence in food
