They claimed to have delivered equipment to a job site. I never saw the equipment, never used it, and was never notified they had delivered it even though the contract stated I would be notified of delivery via email or text..there were never any emails or text. $7,000 down the drain for equipment never seen or used. We didn't know it had been delivered to job site until we received an invoice from them...otherwise the piece of equipment would still be sitting at the job site since we had NO IDEA it had ever been delivered. We tried calling the company and they could care less, then we receive an Intent to Lien that was sent to our customer...Sunbelt Rentals is a joke. Don't waste your time trying to use them, contact them, or sign any paperwork with them. If I could give a score of MINUS STARS I would. Again, $7,000 wasted by contacted them.

If you like to be depressed, lose money, be treated poorly, lied to and let down call these douche bags!! Rude people that don’t give a darn and act like your losing $1000’s of dollars is your problem! The after hours ladies rude as hell. Guys at the shops even worse. Shelley Rodriquez from San Marcos called 4 hours after they committed a piece of equipment and essentially told me to stuff it. Never have dealt with a more nasty individual with zero concern whatsoever.. will be calling her boss David Grover and assume much of the same. Will keep you all posted

Had what I needed and easy process

Poorly maintained equipment. Cable lift broke and minor injuries and smashed a $1,700 window and no response on reimbursement for any of the damages or all the cleanup.
