I kinda like this place but want to really like this place. Here are two recommendations to the owner. 1st, dim the lights a little. It's not a hospital OR or Broadway stage. Get the lights down in order to increase the romantic vibe. It will get more folks both in the door and on the dance floor. 2nd, monitor the room temperature a little better. Last night, 19 Aug, it was so cold you could hang meat. On top of that, all the ceiling fans were turning at a healthy clip. Just too darn cold and windy. And no, it's not OK to just take it outside with the smokers as recommended by a staff member. She also blamed the cold storage conditions on the old age of the building. No logic there. Doesn't she know how to operate a thermostat or fan rheostat/off switch? Had these two issues been addressed without excuses, we would have stayed, spent money, and recommended the place to others. Here's hoping.

Had a beautiful table. The waitresses were right there if you needed anything. The jazz band was amazing!
