I arrived early for my appointment and a lady asked if I had an appointment, she took me to another room where she began to distribute some papers with numbers and she never gave me anything, I went to ask her and she said ah! 11:30 because that was the time of my appointment and that's when he gave me the paper. It's my first time and I did what the lady told me, I don't understand why if we had to ask for them, she didn't say to make a line, but she distributed them but she didn't give me anything. And I had to wait for it to happen until people who came after me.😠

Painful process and tired of calling them to get an appointment. Is there any other option to get an appointment or can I walk in directly.

Showed up @ 8am and approached the security guard who asked if I had an appointment to which I informed him it's impossible to make an appointment when their phone system don't even answer! He goes on to tell me to show up at the Dallas location @ 8 am for walk in. I'm sure that's going to be an ordeal as well!

Fastest way: Make appointment on line or on phone and then go to one of the federal buildings to pick it up. If you just show up it may take awhile. Never go there the hour before they close.
