Today we were shopping for something for my wife and Tyler did a great job suggesting and explaining options available. He took the time getting to know her so that he could find the best fit. I was a loyal customer and fan of this store. In a past year I have spent around 4G buying various products. On my last purchase have been given “free” rifle case ($37 retail) as token of appreciation. Getting home discovered that this case is ripped. Next day came to the store asking in a very humble manner to replace damaged item with another one. The executive decision they made was not to accept exchange due to the fact that it has been listed as a “gift” item on $2,000 receipt. Seriously?!
