I had my appointment for my Eye exam. It went great, Doctor explained all the questions. The lady at the receptionist was welcoming an took the pre-test. Then Sydney was very helpful picking the right pair, went over the details about the insurance, good communication. Overall a great experience and will definitely recommend my wife and mom.

This place is great, they always help me out in a pinch. Ordered a new box of contacts yesterday for a trip i’m taking for new years, They won’t arrive until the 3rd but the associate that helped me went out of her way to go dig for a trial in the back and found one, picked it up an hour later. Thank you so much!!

Great staff and quick service. The doctor was friendly, it didn’t feel like I was at the eye doctor. The location can be hard to find if you’re not paying attention, but it’s worth the amazing service.

Yesterday I had an appointment to see the eye doctor, but I was a little late trying to find this location. The receptionist had a 12:45pm spot off, so took the eye exam everything went well. This company accept my insurance and my insurance paid for everything; however, I also purchased a second pair of eyeglasses for only $54.00 dollars it's basically free!!!! Two pairs of glasses not bad for the price. Now, I am waiting 7 to 10 business days for my glasses. Thank you Optical Outlets!!!

A comprehensive eye exam involves a series of comfortable and pain-free tests that offer a close-up look at your eye health and visual function. Between having all the tests performed and discussing the results with our eye doctor, you can expect your visit to last up to an hour.
It’s essential to remember to bring your current eyeglasses or contact lenses prescription to your visit. If you also wear reading glasses, computer glasses, protective eyewear, or other visual aids, you may want to bring these as well. Because getting your pupils dilated can leave you sensitive to light for several hours following your appointment, it’s wise to bring sunglasses to the appointment.
While it’s always a good idea to have an annual eye exam, how often an eye exam is needed depends on several factors. A patient’s age, family and personal medical histories, a previous eye injury, existing eye conditions, and environmental or occupational factors determine the recommended frequency. The American Optometric Association offers specific guidelines for both children and adults. As your trusted partner in care, our office will discuss the most appropriate schedule to protect the health of your eyes and the quality of your vision.
