Have always had great experience with them. Started 5 years ago when My husband had cancer and could no longer wear his contacts and we had to get classes you always are so patient with him and took time I went a year ago when I finally had a breakdown and get glasses again had a great experienc. Took my autistic niece to her regular eye doctor and watched her get taken for her money and told her mother next week we made an appointment with you took her that took care of her to see you again you were very patient with her. Today my glasses broke I have lupus and inviting to get disability right now so I have no income and how to pay out of pocket for my glasses last year and really have no money to replace the ones that got broken and really can't see without my glasses All of you went above and beyond found about your for people like me who need a little extra help and replace my glasses for me today you don't know how much that means to me with everything you'll have done for my family who has to be yours it's fund love and how much a small yesterday what today means something to so much ❤️

Broke my glasses the night before. They had me a new pair the next day in about 3 hours. They are so friendly. Thank you Lacey (spelling might not be accurate), but she was so helpful in getting everything done so fast. 5/5 recommended !

I needed eye glasses and I had a frame that I wanted Progressive lens put into to use as sunglasses. My experience with this company was one more unhappy part of live in Tampa Bay FL for me. My journey started in Clearwater FL, US19. I checked the website and called, to make sure that I could get my eye glasses that day with tint. Yes! was the answer. After taking my eye test and picking out one of their two for one special and sizing up the frame for the progressive lens, I was told that it would take 3 weeks to just get what was suppose to be same day. Sunglasses wait was ridiculous. The reason was, because the equipment was broken. Not only that, they did not want to give me the results of my eye exam ---- not until I insist on what I had paid for. So I bring it back to one of their location in Carrollwood, FL. I got the two for one price special they offered.....I was a few days late picking them up... 3 pair of prescription eye glasses---- 2 pair light tinted, 1 pair clear....NO PROGRESSIVE LENS.....No Sunglasses! I carried them back, one of the representatives, took them to some machine and said, "You need to wear them more in the sun". I told her, that was the purpose of the ordering the lens. Less then 3 minutes the lens were clear again. In my anger I called the location in South Tampa, and spelled what happen to the wrong store and spoke of my deep disappointment in their establishment service, they returned the cost of the PROGRESSIVE LENS. I tried went other places trying to get the lens tinted for sunglasses ----- NO ONE WOULD TOUCH THEM!!!! I went back today, and seen how another race of person, came in and like I did that day of pickup, I just wanted to get them and go. When I picked up my purchase, I didn't get an Eyeglass World bag. NO! them where put in my hands. I did let them know that I didn't appreciate how differently I was treated when receiving my purchase. Turns out that Eyeglass World is just like so many of the other deceitful, dishonest businesses in Tampa Bay FL. I learned that the location on S. Dale Mabry Hwy, Tampa, FL 33629, refunded the cost of the Progressive lens, closed out my purchase of June 17, 2022, now I cannot get progressive lens unless I buy NEW Pair for sunglasses from their stock. The Lens cannot be TINTED BECUASE OF THE LEN TYPE!!! THAT THEY PUT IN THE FRAME!!! That if I wanted DARK TINTED SUNGLASSES I NNED TO PURCHASE ANY PAIR OF GLASSES FROM THEM. Now I Understand, Without a Doubt! "IT IS WHAT IT IS!!! And I Let The Service Staff Know That I Understood Who They Are.

I went in because one of the arms of my glasses broke off and Sheyla was so sweet! They didn’t have a match for mine so she replaced both from a matching pair! Thank you so much! Always a great experience here!
