Every single time I come here I always have the best experience from customer service over the phone, the front desk and the xray technicians. I hate coming here because it obviously means something is wrong medically but its so nice coming here because everyone is always so professional and pleasant! Thank you Park Place Staff for being so amazing!

I'm a local physician that has been using this facility for over 15 years. I have sent hundreds if not thousands of patients to this facility and have only had great feedback from the patients. They go out of there way to make sure patients are comfortable. I also get the films read in 3 days or less which for most facilities it would be a week. I highly recommend them and have used them personally. The techs are highly qualified and make you feel comfortable.

It was easy to make an appointment and I didn’t have to wait very long before getting called back. My issue was the ultrasound tech didn’t have very good bedside manner. She was polite, but did not leave the room so I could redress. I’m a very modest person and every place I’ve ever been to the tech has stepped out so you can clean yourself off and redress. This was not the case as she stayed in the room offering me no privacy.I had to get off the table hoping not to expose myself as I walked across the room to grab my undergarments all while she stood there. I felt extremely uncomfortable and chose to clean myself off and put my under garments back on In the waiting room bathroom.

First time having an MRI I can’t say that it something that I enjoyed however the MRI technician was super sweet he made me feel so comfortable was very reassuring I appreciated his kindness. The gentleman up front that checked me in was also very nice very kind I appreciated his kindness. Will I visit this place again? ... if I need to I will...
