It's great living here on the island. The location is close to everything. Private security guard gate surrounded by water. Fantastic spot to live and have your boat parked right off the South New River Fork. It takes about 20 minutes to get into the intercoastal. It's a quite community with friendly neighbors. I enjoy walking my dog and catching up with all the other dog owners. Only small pets are allowed and on a leash which makes it nice. Easy access to the pool, tennis courts or grill. It's always quite in the evening no loud neighbors. Very glad I decided to live here.
