We chose Brian because of the great customer reviews. We were out of state buyers of new construction. This made the process a bit tricky but Brian is totally knowledgeable of every facet of FL housing market. Our construction had many delays and Brian went over to the site numerous times to check on progress and take pictures to send us. Just weeks before closing, he was able to find us a better package that had been unavailable when we started out.
