People were very helpful and attentive to people. The facility needs major repairs and cleaning. The infusion room had a dungeon feel. The technician transferred radioactive materials 2 feet from another patient and myself. NEVER saw this in an imaging facility. VERY unsettling experience.

Well, first time I went to this location, never again. They messed up billing, but we did get it straightened out. Techs making comments to each other" what u smokin?" Then the CT tech didn't understand what I was telling him about my heart stents? I explained it fully to them both..just not a good experience at all.

My daughter need imagining done on her neck here. Appointment was made & the sonogram was done. 3 weeks later I decided to call her doctor to see why haven't I heard anything from them. They explained that Tower would have those images & not them. So with a WHOLE BUNCH of back & forth with Tower, a representative BLATANTLY lied about " trying to contact me & he pediatrician but no one answered because he imagining came back inconclusive"....okkkkk.So now it's our fault?? So now I ask, now what because the situation is worst with my child. They scheduled me immediately for 48 hours later. We go, get another sonogram done. I waited until Monday to call to give them time. Do you know when the doctor called them about the last appointment they AGAIN BLATANTLY lied & told this woman " the first imagining was not inconclusive & we never came to the appointment the week before ". I was beyond floored. They literally deleted the last image out the system. I could not believe this facility chose to go that route but that's scary to know knowing this place is really for cancer patients. Shame on the entire gotdamn staff. If I could I'd give no stars

Waited outside for 15 minutes to sign my elderly father in for his scan. An employee at the front desk was yelling at everyone for trying to come in the front door. They only allow 4 people in at a time, but no one tells you that when you arrive. She came outside to supervise the line, and told my father when it was his turn to go in. I asked if I could go with him and she yelled out with a bad attitude, “YES! 4 PEOPLE ARE ALLOWED IN!” Then she walked away and while her back was turned to me, said that I “needed to go back to kindergarten and learn how to count!” Not to mention, the group of people waiting outside being degraded by this incredibly rude and unprofessional woman were all elderly, some using walkers and wheelchairs. My dad is very hard of hearing, so she was yelling at him for no good reason, and others in the line didn’t even speak English. What makes an employee at this company feel so entitled that they think they can speak to people this way?

I've had full PET scans, very similar & I had to fast for 24 hours. It sounds crazy because it's usually "after midnight" but TGH healed my illness, I trust them with my life! So, yes, have him fast for the full 24. Best to you both
