My partner was referred to Dr. Morris for gastro issues. She saw him without her medical records because the staff wasn't honest about the difficulty they have with requesting medical records from the Hospital she previously went to. Shame on the staff for not being transparent and still scheduling an appointment for her to see the Doctor. I can say that Dr. Morris is very knowledgeable. By the time she saw him, her symptoms had subsided so it was a simple check up. As she was leaving, she inquired about signing a release of information for her medical records and was told that signing the form wasn't necessary. Little did we know that the staff was avoiding requesting her medical records.

Dr Hanan is very experienced. I truly appreciate that he takes the time to explain things to me. I saw him due to some stomach ache which is abdominal wall related. I think that he is awesome!!

Dr. Hanan was a great and thorough doctor. However, his staff who handles customer service is absolutely terrible. Frightens me how some were hired on in customer facing roles considering how they spoke/handled various situations. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.
