So me and my sister just so happen to be looking for an apartment at the same time. We came across this place, thought not bad. Prices were kind of low compared to other apartments in today’s market. We both called and were told there was apartments available in March and June. We are both currently working so unable to pick up an application. My mom was kind enough on her day off work to stop by and pick up an app. When she entered the office, she was not greeted, than when she spoke to the lady there her response was “yeah what’s up?” Than asked what she looking for. My mom told her she was looking for a 1 bedroom/2 bedroom. She was told none available. She than asked for an application to fill out so when one becomes available or if there’s any upcoming apartments, she was told “no, what’s the point?” Totally different from what was said and discussed on the phone. Just rude and in my mind just racist. You get what you pay for and I’m glad that happened now, so I’m not stuck dealing with those kind of people.

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! Let me start by saying that my partner and I lived here for FOUR years. In the beginning it was a great place to live. Clean, quiet and affordable. But every year the quality of living continues to decline. Management changes every 4 to 6 months. Maintenance issues always go “unnoticed” We had a mold issues that where never fixed. The buildings are extremely old and are falling apart (Literally a chunk of the building fell off and hit our window). The walls/ceilings are so thin we can hear our upstairs neighbors sneeze. The trash is always overflowing. Not to mention RATS Everywhere!!!! Lots of drug activity as well. Also, the laundry room almost BURNT to the ground. What do they do they? Blamed the tenants instead of acknowledging faulty wiring which led to the fire. Management is also extremely rude and condescending. Dawn is the WORST! This place is continually raises tenets rent for no reason. Goldelm property Management is extremely shady! They have been filing evictions\non-renewals on people when it fact they received government PPP assistance totaling over $1,700,000. So do yourself a favor and avoid this place like the plague!

I have only lived here for one short month, but I can already say that my experience thus far has been without a doubt a wonderful one! I can not say enough good things about my new home! This is my first apartment out of college and I was very nervous, yet excited at the same time to finally lease my very own place! I had absolutely zero clue on how to go about it and I had obvious concerns, such as the overall safety of the complex as well as the overall cost, amenities included etc. Despite my initial concerns pertaining to finding a place to call home, Nautica Apartment staff, Dawn came to my rescue! She took a lot of time out of her schedule to walk me through the process of renting an apartment and really broke everything down for me. She has been an absolute blessing to work with and is the main reason I chose to lease an apartment from Nautica Apartments. She is such a delight to be around and has gone above and beyond for me since the beginning. From day one, she has made sure that I felt welcomed and most importantly at home. She made sure that I got approved (I was approved the day of) and that my move in processes was a smooth one. She has always taken care of any issues to arise in a timely fashion and she continues to go out of her way to make sure that I am able to live in a comfortable, well maintained apartment. Dawn is an absolute joy and always takes time out of her schedule to ensure that everything continues to go smoothly for me. Go see Dawn in the leasing office, you will not be disappointed! I am very blessed to have found my new home. Thank you Dawn!

Hello guys!!! I lived here for a while now, in general I like this place, but when contract finish we going to move out!!! It's alot of times those little things can't be fixed in time like: A/C in a laundry room been broken for 4 months ($100 fix), laundry machines been broken for a long time, always need to wait for other people to finish (they have 5-6 machines for a whole community, not good - been like this for a couple months at this point)!!! Sometimes going to gym there also, gym is missing bunch of equipment!!! It's only my thoughts for one day, didn't think to much about this and hope management going to read and do some about this!!!
