I was dispatched to calton arms by lyft to pick up a passenger. Upon entry there was no security at front entrance to check in with. I proceeded forward to pick up my passenger that i could see clearly in front of me a short distance. I then had a man approach me wildly waving his arms. I proceeded to a stop and asked if there was something I could help him with. He immediately began screaming thst i did not have a decal and that it was private property and I was not allowed to be there. I pointed to the resident standing 15-20 ft in front of us. Stating I was there to pick her up. He continued to scream that I do not have a decal and that I "did not belong there". I asked why he was making an elderly woman stand in 100 degree heat while he argued with me. Finally the resident had to step in before the security guard would allow me to pick her up. Both I and the resident went to the office to speak to management about the incident. Of course the security guard in question lied through his teeth. We were told they would run the incident up the ladder. Seeing how I deliver to this neighborhood often I don't see how drivers can feel safe when the security guards are on such a power trip.

I have been here for a little over a month, and I absolutely LOVE my townhome! It is lovely and very spacious, and I'm blessed with an awesome view of Tampa Bay and the Skyway Bridge from my balcony. The community is friendly and quiet, with grounds that are beautifully maintained. Also, it is conveniently located with proximity to I-275 and the beaches. I'm thankful to be here.

Carlton Arms of St. Petersburg has been the best decision my wife and I made - The location is perfect- close to grocery shopping , to the beach, and great restaurants- the complex itself offers everything we were looking for - the office staff are all exceptionally friendly , helpful and professional - both the maintenance staff and grounds staff are friendly and very efficient as well - The view from our waterfront deck is amazing and offers a peaceful lifestyle with perfect sunsets - Our experience thus far has been nothing short of excellent - ! Highly recommend !

Carlton arms is a great place to live, I been here for over twenty years, it been a excellent place to live, it a safe place to live the grounds are beautiful, the apartment is very nice the rent is reasonable, I'll probably be here until I die, I'm still a young man at 71

No, there is one entrance/exit on Pinellas Pointe Drive South. There is an emergency access on 31st Way South.

There are NO application or administrative FEES. Credit review, employment and residency verifications and criminal background reviews are conducted by a third party after you have submitted a completed application. We require current proof of monthly income at least 3x the monthly rent of your selected apartment. Payment of the security deposit (ranges from $350-$600) is required.
