I am only giving this review for the room. The customer service was great. My husband & I stayed here in 2018 for his birthday and everything was amazing but this year we stayed for our 2 year olds birthday ( we also have a baby girl). The room had 2 dead roaches in it & the bathroom shower was full of mold . I do not recommend staying here .

Amazing property and staff! Alicia helped me with the entire move in process and was beyond helpful and knowledgeable. I can’t say enough good words about the experience and I looked at every complex in St.Pete. This one is THE BEST all the way around by far! Thank you Alicia for helping me with my new home.

Three stars (the average as of today) is about right. We lived there for two years. Always start with the positives. LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION. You do live in the city (so be ready for city noises) but you are walkable to everything downtown. Central Ave, Beach Drive and Parks. Management Team gets a lot of bad press but I found them responsive - sure some are more friendly than others but that's life. This building has issues. Our apartment leaked 2 times while we were there. We had water mitigation and repairs twice - it was horrible. When we moved in it was "classier". They clearly started renting to younger folks (many are very friendly and acted like adults) but some were just horrible. Pot smell, blood, vomit, late night bangers by the pool became normal occurrences. Security is bad. Doors are often unlocked, garage gate was broken for about 12 months and the roving security company they use was useful if there or nearby. We have lived and visited other apartments. They almost all have their issues. Would be tough to find much better than 4 stars. With some work Avanti could be there. I wouldn't say "Don't" but consider everything before you do.

Avanti does not feel like a community at all. No one is warm or welcoming. Which is saying a lot. I’ve met 2 people who are and other than that this place is cold and lacks a community
