I have thoroughly enjoyed living here as the rent that I have paid was equal to the quality of the apartment and community. The leasing and maintenance staff do a great job all around. However, after receiving a lease renewal letter stating that my rent would be increasing by $400 a month, I have decided to leave the community. Thankfully I have found a wonderful home elsewhere, but I feel sorry for those people who have not, and will be burdened with such high rent increases. This is a cute little place and community but certainly not a luxury apartment complex by any means. You will not receive the quality you would expect from the rent you will be paying. Future renters beware. ******FOLLOW UP SINCE MOVING OUT**** My rent increase went from $990 a month to $1390 a month. It doesn't matter what the claim is, that is too high of an increase. And we have a different definition of the word "fair". That is not a "fair" increase in mine or anyone elses opinion that I speak to. Also, if I can post my video of the condition of the apartment on exit, and rug condition, I would suffice it to say that anyone who watches it would agree I should receive my entire security deposit. The rug was spotless. I make no "threats" to make a bad review. I state facts that lead to a bad review. I am happily moved into my own home, not renting anymore, and couldn't be happier. I just wish I could have received fair treatment upon exit. Again, new renters beware.

Multiple times I've attempted scheduled deliveries to the leasing office here to find locked gates and no answer from the office.

I was there before they made all the changes but it looks better then it did before and heard the management is a whole lot better
