12 years, probably one of a few longer residents here. In my 12 years, I have seen three property management changes, thus far, the latest property manager, doing a good job. Im gonna say it’s a great place overall. It’s definitely a lot safer than it was decade ago, it’s nice to see that the level of crime in the immediate area has gone down significantly (Surveillance system). The Property management over the years has worked with me on several occasions on rent especially when my father passed away from cancer eight years ago, worked with me on rent letting me pay late, waived the late fee very kind of them to do. Pet friendly, I have a cat. One thing about the property it’s in Zone A meaning it’s labeled as an establishment to evacuate first in case of a hurricane(state of emergency), that’s reason behind the 4 star rating.

I recently moved to Whitehall Garden apartments. I was impressed when I first pulled in at the clean crisp care the property had been given as far as the lawn, plants and buildings. once I met the staff I began to realize that I was dealing with people who said what they did and did what they said. if I need something done it's done in a timely fashion, and in a friendly manner. it's a very low key comfortable environment. a particular note is how immaculately kept the pool and swimming area is. this is critically important to me as a cancer patient because sometimes with children and pools that are unattended properly it can become more of a health hazard than a joy of refreshment. I would recommend Whitehall Garden to any serious renter who is really looking for substance and a good dollar for dollar square foot value.

Hello Mr Donald Jacobsen....My Name is Jared Gilbert and I was told by Ron Hall that I will be getting the balance back on my Security Deposit from you once your done. It's been 60 days. Unless it's in the mail can you give me a reason why I haven't received anything yet? Are you illegally just gonna keep my balance without giving me a written letter on what im paying for? Just hope every tenant don't have to go through a similar situation when leaving to better there lives.

I been here a year.the new manager it's always making sure that everything is okay with the apartment even if I don't call him he's never too busy to pick up his phone to return the message and see what's going on and always keeping the property clean.
